주식회사 알에스코리아 (hereinafter "the Company") establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be implemented, such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Website Membership Registration and Management
- Verification of membership intent, identification and authentication for membership services, membership maintenance and management
- Prevention of fraudulent service use, various notices and notifications, grievance handling
- Verification of legal guardian consent when processing personal information of children under 14
2. Provision of Goods or Services
- Service provision, content delivery, personalized service, identity verification
- Payment processing, chat and messaging
3. Marketing and Advertising
- Development of new services/products and provision of personalized services
- Provision of events, promotional information, and participation opportunities; service validity verification
- Access frequency analysis and statistics on member service usage
4. Inquiries and Consultations
- Receiving business and service inquiries through the contact form
- Verification of inquiry content and consultation/quote response

Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period prescribed by law or within the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
1. Website Membership Registration and Management
Until membership withdrawal. However, in the following cases, until the relevant reason is resolved:
- Until the completion of any investigation or inquiry related to violation of applicable laws
- Until the settlement of any remaining debts or claims arising from the use of the website
2. Provision of Goods or Services
Until the completion of goods/service supply and payment settlement.
However, the following shall be retained for the specified periods:
- Records of contracts, fulfillment, and other transactions under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
- Records of payment and supply of goods under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 3 years
- Communications confirmation data under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: 3 months
- Records of tax invoice issuance under the Framework Act on National Taxes: 5 years
3. Inquiries and Consultations
3 years after completion of inquiry processing (records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years under applicable law)
Article 3 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)
The Company processes the following personal information items.
1. Required Items
- Membership registration: Name, email address, password
- Service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address, device information
- When using contact form: Customer name (representative), contact number, email, inquiry content
2. Optional Items
- Membership/service: Phone number, profile photo, address, etc.
- When using contact form: Company/organization name, website URL, budget
3. Collection Methods
- Automatic collection during website membership registration and service use
- Collection through contact form submission
- Collection through customer service consultation
- Collection through event participation
4. Automatically Collected Items
The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve usage information to provide personalized services.
- Purpose of cookies: Login session maintenance, analysis of access frequency and visit times, identification of user preferences and interests
- Refusing cookies: Users have the option to accept or refuse cookies through web browser settings. However, refusing cookies may cause difficulties in using the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent of the data subject or special provisions of law.
In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. However, exceptions include:
- When the data subject has given prior consent
- When required by law or when an investigative agency makes a request pursuant to procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
- Cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows for smooth handling of personal information operations.

When entering an entrustment contract, the Company stipulates in the contract or documents matters concerning the prohibition of processing personal information beyond the purpose of entrusted tasks, technical and managerial protective measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, and liability for damages, and supervises whether the trustee processes personal information safely.
Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time.
- Right to access personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act
- Right to correct or delete personal information pursuant to Article 36 of the Personal Information Protection Act
- Right to suspend processing of personal information pursuant to Article 37 of the Personal Information Protection Act
How to Exercise Rights
Rights may be exercised against the Company in writing, by email, or by fax pursuant to Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay.

If a data subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the Company will correct or delete such errors without delay and notify the data subject of the results.
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the data subject withdraws consent for collection and use or when the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company destroys such personal information without delay.

- Electronic file format: Deleted using technical methods that prevent record reproduction
- Records, printouts, written documents, etc.: Shredded or incinerated

The Company implements the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure safety pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

- Installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information
