It is a complex environmental measuring instrument that can simultaneously measure various environmental factors such as 6 types of user-specified gas sensors and temperature, humidity, fine dust, wind speed, wind direction, and illuminance. Through the wide external touch screen display, you can check measured values, operate alarms, and 6 relays. In addition to self-storing data + convenient USB output, monitoring is possible externally and through PLC through RS485 communication. This product is aimed at analyzing high concentration biogas generated in the livestock waste treatment process without a separate outdoor environmental sensor. We requested the company in advance to create a service port in the gas pipe. A ball valve type fitting is connected in preparation for when not in use. One side is used for gas intake and the other side is used for gas exhaust. After doing anchor work, setting up the pole and fixing the product, we connected the measuring device and gas pipe with a sampling line. We even went so far as to work on protection pipes to protect the hoses from strong winds or other variables.
Because the treatment plant was not currently completed, measurement demonstration was impossible. We provided training on the internal parts of the product and how to operate it. Anyway, I have a severe turtle neck. At this point, I think I would be deceived even if a turtle came and did business for me.
