Hello, this is Pilseung Jeong from RS Korea. The product we will cover today is the FIX 5000, an air quality measuring instrument that has already been posted several times. You might think it's the same product every time, but I think it's meaningful to post about it every time because each application environment is different. Due to the nature of the dog crematorium, I will remove any parts that could be considered humorous and write this with a mournful heart. We would like to express our deepest condolences to the bereaved families who lost their pets.

The outlet is located at the back of the business, but since an electronic sign board to display the status must be installed at the front, installation points and wiring lines are checked. It looks like it won't be an easy project. The order was confirmed three months after the quotation was issued, and installation began about four weeks later, which is the standard delivery time for special product lines. We are sharing the installation photos sequentially below. This installed product measures a total of 7 environmental parameters: 3 types of gas (not indicated due to security issues), temperature, humidity, fine dust, PM 2.5, and PM 10.

We arrived at the site prepared with the air quality measuring instrument FIX5000 main body and the stand-alone pole front electronic sign sampling line (PU tube). The story about that electronic sign, which looks different from the usual blog posts, will appear near the end of the post.

I climbed up the ladder and connected the sampling line from the outlet. But what is happening? At the first meeting, there was only one outlet, but when construction came, there were two outlets. It seems that it has proliferated in the meantime. We designed it to enable selective and simultaneous gas measurement using a T-type ball valve that we had prepared at the time.

We started measuring the area where the cremation was just starting. The response speed is fast. If this is a place like this, our animal friends can go to a good place too.

This is the electronic display board seen briefly above. It is a full color LED rather than a text printed on a conventional sheet. Due to the slideshow format, there are no restrictions on notation, so a variety of information can be displayed on a single electronic signboard. Both Korean and English special symbols can be displayed, various colors can be used to contain various information in addition to measurement values, and sizes can also be custom-made according to user requests.
