Today's post is an example of installing a measuring device and electronic display board at the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Center located in Anyang. I've been traveling far away, such as Busan and Ulsan, so when I went to Anyang, I felt really close, like I was going for a walk, and it was actually close! I was curious, so I looked up directions and immediately understood why he said that! Let’s say it’s 11 minutes one way! Let's stop chatting and get straight to the point.■ Today's installation list

■ Installation environment/purpose of installation - To ensure the safety of workers and employees in an environment using various gases Purpose/measurement gas - O2 (oxygen), H2 (hydrogen) · Installation points - Heavy metal equipment room, heavy metal pre-treatment room, pesticide residue pre-treatment room, standard material room, equipment room 1~3, data reading room, gas room total 9 points.

Since the space is divided into several places, we plan to install FIX800 wherever necessary. Among them, FIX800 equipment equipped with oxygen and hydrogen dual sensors is scheduled to be installed in equipment room 2 and data pin dock room. A measuring device equipped with an O2 sensor has been installed to determine the risk level of workers based on oxygen concentration. ■ Installation work To ensure a smooth installation, there is always something to do before starting the installation. Select location and configure communication lines!

In order to install in a place where measurement is required, check and mark in advance the area where FIX800 will be installed and the location of the electronic signboard for monitoring. The points where 9 FIX800 units and 4 electronic display boards will be installed were selected in advance and marked with blue tape.

The electronic signboard custom-made before installation lists the type of sensor mounted on the FIX800 and its installation location. Even if there are multiple electronic display boards, you can see at a glance what measurement location, gas type, and gas concentration information each display displays, right?

Now, the installation team confirmed the indicated installation location and proceeded with the installation by carefully checking the level. If you look at the photos above, you can see many workers inside the ceiling. The work was done by opening the ceiling tex to minimize line exposure. Are there any products?? (This is a round of applause.) If you look at the picture, you can see that some meters are hung low and others are hung high. This is due to the characteristics of oxygen and hydrogen. In the case of hydrogen, it is lighter than oxygen and rises upward, so unless a leak is suspected, the measuring instrument is also installed upward. Since oxygen was installed for safety purposes in this installation, the installation was carried out according to the position at which a person breathes (sitting or standing height). In this way, the characteristics of the gas are identified and responded to to suit the needs and demands of the user. This is RS Korea.
