Installed Gases
Project Details
Hello, this is REX. Today I visited a power plant. A request was made to install FIX800 wherever CO2 cabinet-type manual fire extinguishers are installed. ■ Reason for installation: Of course, the installation was carried out for safety purposes, and since it is a manual fire extinguisher, it was also installed to detect leaks due to not being properly locked. ■Installation preparations

This is FIX 800, an installation-type composite/single gas meter. This is a product that measures by attaching the desired sensor according to the user's choice. If the CO/H2S dual sensor is installed, up to 5 gases can be measured simultaneously, allowing simultaneous measurement of the 5 gases required by law, O2 CO H2S EX CO2 gases, with one device. The warning light was purchased and brought with me as instructed by the power plant. In addition to the warning light attached to the FIX800, there are cases where requests are made to install additional warning lights, and there are warning lights suitable for each site. Since it is different, please let us know about the warning lights and we will come prepared. ■ Installation start

By the time the first point installation is finished,

They came out to check whether all the safety equipment was worn and installed properly, and we received a brief interim safety training. I thought it was obvious, but since we had made all the preparations and were wearing safety equipment, we had a pleasant safety training. They were curious about what type of installation this was, so we explained the FIX800 and proceeded with the installation again.

As for the second point, installation was completed. It seemed like it would take time because the cabinet was thicker than expected, but it didn't take long because the responsibilities were clearly divided between the two members of the construction team due to repetitive work.

All installations up to the fifth have been completed.

After completing the installation, I went around all 5 areas with the person in charge, tested all the warning lights, and finished by talking about the calibration report and menu. There are currently an increasing number of inquiries regarding CO2 fire extinguishing facilities, protective areas, and gas chambers. https://blog.naver.com/rs-korea1/223547499232 To prepare for changes in the bill, please contact us anywhere in the country. If you want to install directly, please call us and we will guide you on the wiring method and provide menu information over the phone. However, it is difficult for us to determine whether it is an area where installation is required or not. You must contact the safety management and association to confirm whether or not it is an area where installation is required. This concludes the section on CO2 leak detection installation at power plants. thank you
