Listen to it. It's not bad. Today's post will be very long and there will be a lot of photos. I will proceed by summarizing the conclusion in two brackets. 1. Situation 2 where FIX800 O2 H2S EX for confined space safety and FIX-DS 3CH for entrance status are installed at two sewage treatment plants in Incheon City (not two installed in one facility, but in separate areas). Incheon City also received a request that perfectly suited our development direction, so we accelerated research and development and completed the launch of FIX AP, an integrated environmental monitoring system, in February of this year. https://blog.naver.com/rs-korea1/223389757701 PART1 FIX AP Launch and Site Visit We headed to the site with a happy heart holding the first released product. wireless communication hard The most important thing when applying Wear FIX AP is the communication status on site. As detailed in the blog post above, you must be able to connect a LAN line from a nearby router or the environment must have sufficient WIFI radio waves.

 It proceeds sequentially. The FIX AP was connected to the WIFI on site. Thank you very much, in order to proceed smoothly with this project, a WIFI router was set up near the point where the FIX AP is scheduled to be installed.  The FIA ​​AP model receives both RS-485 communication and 4-20mA analog signals sent from the measuring device and transmits data to the web cloud. Since the site was already connected 1:1 with the status board and measuring instrument, we decided to use the 4-20mA terminal of the FIX AP. This is an advantage of the FIX800, which is capable of both digital communication and analog output without separate options, and is also an advantage of the FIX AP, which can receive both.

  FIX-AP has a generous 6CH 4-20mA reception terminal and includes a 24V output ± terminal, so it can be applied to all types of transmitters using 2WIRE, 3WIRE, and 4WIRE.  Since there are three sensors, we plan to use channels 1, 2, and 3 by connecting them. Still, there are 3 CH left. At this point, a temperature and humidity transmitter was suggested. PART 2 FIX AP installation and connection

We cut the existing line from one corrugated pipe and installed a junction box in the middle to add a 4-20ma line. FIX800's 4-20mA signal line 3 strands, temperature 1 strand, humidity 1 strand minus common line 1 strand It was not easy to install a total of 6 strands of wire in the existing piping, so a new line was laid. 

There is plenty of space next to the status board. I feel reassured that the router is right next to me. When communication is connected, the name of the device on the display changes to the ID set by the user. Connect to the server and register your device. It takes approximately 1 minute and 48 seconds for communication to begin after the initial connection. The distance between the two locations is not far, so construction can be completed within a day. Actually, to prevent the blog from becoming too long, I summarized the contents a bit, but the two tasks, FIX - AP installation and communication connection in two places, temperature and humidity transmitter installation and communication connection in two places, were done on different days. The existing budget consisted of FIX-AP, and the temperature and humidity part was a part of an ongoing proposal, so additional time was needed to execute the budget, so construction was inevitably divided into parts. PART 3 Cloud service setting and test run, user  After completing the installation of both training locations, training on the use of the monitoring service will be conducted in an office that is completely away from the actual site. Starting from the photo on the left, we proceeded sequentially with content related to real-time concentration monitoring, saved data management screen, and installation location for each location. Manager, you already have mobile web monitoring turned on on your phone.

 Since there is no application or program installation, anyone can connect to the cloud system at the same time and comfortably monitor the situation at the installation site.
