[RS KOREA][Installation] Pyeongtaek pellet boiler steam production plant co measurement

Hello, this is REX. Today, I visited a company in Pyeongtaek that produces steam using pellet wood. ■ Purpose of Installation: This is a plant that produces steam by burning pellet wood. We requested an installation-type gas meter to prepare for the CO generated during combustion. In response to an inquiry about installing a gas meter to detect CO (carbon monoxide) leaks inside the factory, we conducted the first on-site inspection visit and the second installation visit. ■ Installation item: WANDI's FIX800 installation type gas meter.

■ Installation environment/points

This is a plant that generates steam using pellet wood as fuel. If you go to the surrounding area and it reminds you of an ondol sauna, the surrounding temperature will change.

The factory installed two FIX800 installation measuring machines and an internal and external electronic display board.

One gas meter was placed at the worker's entrance door. One gas meter was placed at the place where CO2 carbon monoxide leakage was most suspected. One electronic display board was placed inside so that workers could immediately see the readings. One gas meter was placed at the outside entrance to check the internal gas concentration before entering the factory.  ■ Gas concentration CO 0-1000ppm (Applying Occupational Safety and Health Act confined space standards)

It's a really useful time. Aside from construction, health and safety are always in mind, so I was receiving training thinking I should do so, and I was very grateful that they kindly informed me of smoking areas.  ■ Start installation

 The meter at the entrance was installed first. 

In order to connect the measuring instrument installed inside to the electronic signboard, power supply and communication lines are configured through tray work.  

After installation is complete, we will bring in the gas cylinder you are using and show you the alarm and responsiveness test. Everything worked properly, so we demonstrated it to the person in charge once more and then finished the site.
