It is installed at each point of the sludge separation room, which carries out a process to separate sludge generated during cosmetics manufacturing, and the sewage treatment facility, which treats wastewater used in buildings or generated during research and development processes. ● Purpose of installation In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act for the purpose of worker safety in processes such as septic tank room, immersion tank room, wastewater treatment room, machine room and sludge separation room in the wastewater treatment process. A safety 4Gas[O2.CO.H2S.LEL] measuring device was installed. ■ Repair As explained earlier, since all sensor replacements were carried out in May of last year, this repair only involved calibration.● Product installation points

This is the gas for which calibration will be performed. Calibration will be performed with O2 (oxygen) 18%VOLCO (carbon monoxide) 100PPMH2S (hydrogen sulfide) 25PPMEX (combustible gas) 50%LEL.
This is the process of correcting slightly distorted calibration values. Since the sensor was replaced last year, the numerical values are showing stable values with a relatively low error rate. Periodic calibration like this is an essential procedure to check the accurate numerical values, but I think there are various limitations in checking the inspection and repair cycle of devices installed in the field every time.
