These are the equipment needed for today's installation. As it is an explosion-proof construction, you can see a lot of explosion-proof products such as explosion-proof junction boxes and explosion-proof flexibles.

To install the FIX800, you must first fix the bracket, using a level to position it correctly.

Proceed the same way for all other installation points.

All installation points use explosion-proof flexible cables to organize wires.

The junction box was also installed using an explosion-proof junction box.

Work began on the outside of the storage room to connect power to the explosion-proof control box. Because it is an explosion-proof facility, an additional hole had to be drilled to route the power supply in. Since the equipment connects at the bottom and the control box wall is thick, this took longer than expected.

The inside of the waste storage room was ventilated, but a strong odor was still present, so installation work was carried out with periodic breaks.

All five installation points were completed without issue. Installation was completed after product demonstration and product training by injecting test gas. In a gas measuring environment, when the generated gas is unknown, or the gas is known but the exact concentration can't be confirmed, it's difficult to choose the right equipment before purchase.
