Hello, this is REX. Today, I visited a public institution in Siheung because they were inquiring about installing an oxygen concentration meter inside a wastewater storage tank at a wastewater treatment plant.
■ Purpose of installation
To measure the oxygen concentration inside the tank before cleaning the inside of the tank, which is like a greenhouse. For the safety of workers in confined spaces. ■ Installation items
Due to the nature of the environment, it was manufactured as a basic preprocessor for moisture removal when using SUS enclosures.

Now that the enclosure is erected, connect the SUS pipe to measure the oxygen concentration inside the wastewater storage tank.

To prevent the thin suspension pipe from being distorted if the worker steps on it by mistake, double work was done using a channel or thicker steel pipe.
This work was repeated 6 times to complete the construction of 6 steel pipes.
After installation, the staff in charge were informed of the pre-processing process and calibration cycle, and internal cleaning was completed before completion. For areas where it is difficult to install a measuring instrument inside, we manufacture a preprocessor and configure it to suit the site and environment, and we are also carrying out custom manufacturing.
