Project Details
hello. This is RS Korea. The place I visited today is the relay pumping station, which receives about 1,000 tons of wastewater a day and sends this wastewater to other pumping stations or treatment plants. ■ Relay pumping station

The relay pump station is installed in a place where the buried depth of the pipe is deep or in the middle of a long-distance pipeline, and plays the role of transmitting water to the next pump station or treatment plant.■ Purpose of installation The relay pump station is currently managed 24 hours a day. If a problem occurs with the pump, the flow backs up from the nearby drain, causing chaos around the pump station. A gas meter installed for enclosed space safety is installed to ensure the safety of workers through 24-hour management and inspection of the pump station. Progress.■ Installation items

Installable Gas Meter FIX800 Currently, we are receiving quite a few inquiries about installable gas meters and status boards when checking indoor gas concentration in gas cylinder rooms (gas cylinder storage rooms), protected areas, confined spaces, and laboratories, etc., when it is difficult to take pictures with a portable gas meter or when checking and entering quickly is necessary due to time constraints.

Tunnel sites can measure without any problems even if a bomb is exploded. Even in sites with a lot of dust, the installed gas meter is a basic atmospheric diffusion type product, so there are few cases of difficulty in measuring due to dust. However, when using the suction method using a pump, a preprocessor is manufactured to enable measurement even in a dusty environment by adding a dust filter. ■ Installation

Recently, as more and more sites are installing electronic signboards on the ground and meters in the basement, when entering the site, they start looking for trays while looking at the ceiling. No matter how neatly the flexible panels are fixed to the stairs, the wallpaper itself is white and may look messy when workers or outsiders visit, so instead of working on the stairs, go to the electrical room, open the floor, find the tray entrance, and check the connected points. There is work at high altitudes rather than stairs, and the work time is determined depending on whether the wire comes out of the basement when inserted into the tray, so the difficulty of the work increases, but this side is neater and more comfortable for everyone. Sometimes, if the best is not right, only the construction team proceeds with the installation, but I have never visited mid-term or revisited the place where the installation was completed to check if the construction is going well. I saw that they trusted the construction team that much, took responsibility, and took care of problems when they arose. That's why, this time, the site manager called me, so I had no choice but to visit and take a quick peek to see how everything was going.

■ FIX800 installation type gas meter

The person in charge was curious about how to use the remote control and test the warning light alarm, so I first went to the pump room where the gas meter was installed.

Response from the person in charge Satisfaction Responsiveness: ★★★★★Sound: ★★★★ (I wish it was a little louder. Since this is a pumping station, it may be quiet when the pump is running.) Light: ★★★★★You were very satisfied with the product. He said he wanted to see if the electronic display board sounded well, so we set off the alarm again and inspected the electronic display board.■ Gas concentration status board.

It was well connected to the measuring instrument, so the current concentration was the same, and it was well connected from the electrical room to the tray, so we were able to complete the product training and demonstration without any unusual issues. Question 1. When is the best time to undergo calibration? Calibration is recommended once a year. The calibration report is valid for one year, and it is also good for maintenance as the measuring instrument and sensor are inspected during the calibration process. 2. What is the lifespan of the sensor? It is recommended that the sensor last about 1 year and 6 months and the rest about 2 years. 3. How can I tell if the sensor is broken? We can check and guide you through calibration, or if you suspect a malfunction and the number shows 0 in a situation where gas is generated, you can call us or send the measuring instrument to us. 4. How long does it take to have a repair done? We have a certain amount of closed space safety sensors in stock, and we have all the parts to enable self-manufacturing, so we ensure that you can receive them within one week at the earliest or two weeks at the latest. All questions were answered, documents were received, and it was over. If you have any other questions,

Please contact us here for guidance at any time. Gas-related questions are always welcome.
