Today we're introducing a fixed-type product for measuring CO2 in incubators and culture chambers.
CO2 supply in incubators and culture chambers is a critical factor for monitoring cell growth. To maintain the pH required for proper cell culturing, CO2 levels are regulated through the incubator, and because this is such a critical parameter, independent secondary verification is essential.
Exterior
The fixed-type unit is built into a high-box enclosure so that anyone can use it easily. A data logger is mounted on the front, allowing real-time CO2 concentration readings and continuous data logging. The left side has a 220V power plug — measurement and logging begin as soon as it is connected to an outlet. The right side has the CO2 gas inlet and outlet (hose tubing).
Interior
Detector: WANDI FIX800 / Data logger: SUPMEA R9600. The FIX800 CO2 detector is installed together with a power supply and the data logger, all neatly arranged. Once power is connected, CO2 measurement and data logging begin immediately.
The stored data can be exported directly to Excel by connecting the data logger to a PC via USB, without any additional software. Real-time monitoring via a direct PC connection is also available, using free software.
The unit is designed so that a complex fixed installation can be used easily by anyone through this high-box format. It supports 24-hour continuous data logging and analysis, as well as real-time PC monitoring.
The CO2 measurement range can be selected as either 5% or 20%.
