Hello from Tamtec CNS. Together with RS Korea we installed Wandi FIX800 monitors for HCl and LEL (methanol) in a Songdo cell-culture facility. The customer needed continuous concentration visibility and data management where hydrochloric acid and methanol vapors can appear during work.

FIX800 suits laboratories, basements, and utility rooms: up to four configurable sensors (five gases when dual-sensor options are used), color display, and simple IR remote control for first-time users.

Rich relay/analog outputs integrate with beacons, controllers, and PLCs for plant-wide gas safety strategies.

First site—training and research areas. Two units were planned for the lab and production wings. We paid close attention to power and grounding so commissioning went smoothly.

After verifying HCl measurement and power for the first location, we proceeded to the next room.

Final site—production space. Methanol monitoring sat near an existing outlet, but we still needed concrete anchors for the bracket.

Normally we conceal power wiring completely; here the customer asked for an easily unplugged cord for maintenance, so we left a service loop under the cover as requested.
