Hello.
Today's post covers a FIX800 5-gas detector and gas status display panel installed at a wastewater treatment site.
Installation site: confined space inside a wastewater treatment plant

Measured items: O2 (oxygen), CO (carbon monoxide), H2S (hydrogen sulfide), EX (flammable gas), CO2 (carbon dioxide)
Monitoring: gas status display panel
The power cable was finished neatly with steel conduit. Depending on the site, either flexible galvanized conduit or steel conduit is used for the cable finishing work.
The gas detector responsible for worker safety was installed deep underground.
Occupational Safety and Health Act standard
All 5 gases are measured simultaneously, and if a gas leak occurs or the oxygen level drops, the system immediately triggers a sound and warning-light alarm.
The gas display panel was installed in the best location for on-site workers to check readings immediately. The display panel also supports sound and warning-light alarms.
Since accidents can happen unpredictably, workers always check the internal oxygen level and air condition before entering a confined space.
The wiring from the switchboard to the control box was finished neatly with steel conduit, and the system was prepared for a trial run.
After power is supplied, measurement begins as soon as the 1-minute warm-up period ends.
The gas monitoring display panel is a waterproof model, and it continued to display gas concentration readings reliably without any failure even during recent heavy rain.
