Project Details

Hello from VPE Korea. We installed an oxygen monitoring system at a hospital wastewater plant per industrial safety requirements—verify breathable air before every confined-space entry.

We specialize in preventing asphyxiation through fixed detectors, annunciators, and service.

WWTP atmospheres are harsh: multiple gases and poor baseline air quality—never skip pre-entry checks.

Electrochemical oxygen sensors are moisture-sensitive; mount where condensation risk is lowest yet still representative of worker exposure.

FIX800 can be oxygen-only or expanded to O2, CO, H2S, combustibles, CO2 with LED integration.

Alarm setpoints follow regulatory defaults so audible/beacon outputs drive orderly evacuation.

We use rigid conduit or flexible metallic conduit depending on site standards; some walls need core drilling and sealing.

This particular site was relatively clean—other jobs encounter atmospheres barely breathable without PPE.

Remote alarm monitoring is available so supervisors off-site can acknowledge trends in real time.

Typical oxygen/gas applications: fermentation rooms, WWTP clarifiers, digesters, manure handling, cold storage, manholes—call us for design support.
