High-concentration oxygen analyzer FIX800 O₂ 100% with conditioning — VPE Korea

Hi from VPE Korea. Delivery note: FIX800 O₂ 0–100% vol with standard sample conditioning.

We installed an Envitec oxygen cell inside FIX800 for stable accuracy at high O₂ fractions.

The conditioning package includes dust filtration and a coalescing separator; a diaphragm pump pulls about 1.2 L/min through the loop.

Basic conditioners cannot run indefinitely in 100% saturated steam; use them when diffusion sampling is impossible, pumped sampling is mandatory, RH stays roughly 50–70%, or the sample must recirculate without venting.

We always attempt final validation with span gas; when cylinders are unavailable we still run factory-level checks before release.

Besides oxygen we can supply high-percentage monitors for methane, CO₂, helium, argon, and other inert gases—call with your process details.
