FIX800 High-Concentration Oxygen Analyzer (O2 0–100%) with Sample Conditioning System (Ulsan)

Today we would like to introduce a delivery case of a high-concentration oxygen analyzer.

"FIX800 O2 (oxygen) 0–100% with basic sample conditioning system"

For this delivery, a German ENVITEC oxygen sensor was fitted inside a FIX800 fixed multi-gas detector so that stable, accurate measurement could be achieved even at high oxygen concentrations.

The accompanying basic sample conditioning system is equipped with a dust filter and a separator that remove particulates and moisture. A diaphragm pump draws in and measures the gas at a rate of about 1.2 L per minute.

The basic conditioning system cannot sustain continuous measurement for more than about 5 minutes under 100% saturated steam conditions.

The basic conditioning system is used in situations such as:

- When diffusion-type gas cannot be measured

- When the gas must be drawn in by suction for measurement

- When the measurement environment is at a relative humidity of roughly 50–70% RH

- When the sampled gas must be recirculated rather than vented to the atmosphere

For these and other reasons, the conditioning system is supplied together with the analyzer.

Each unit is given a final check with standard calibration gas before delivery. Even in cases where standard gas is not available, a final check is still carried out before the unit ships, as shown below.

In addition to this high-concentration installed-type oxygen (100%) analyzer, we can also supply equipment capable of high-concentration measurement of inert gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, helium, and argon.
