This delivery supported CO₂ measurement inside cell-culture incubators.

Moisture was a variable, so instead of drawing sample gas directly we installed a moisture-conditioning path to protect readings and sensors.

The inline conditioner is a Testo-family accessory often used with combustion analyzers; it removes moisture very effectively and also suits non-combustion applications.

Even invisible humidity condensed in the hose after a few minutes—proof the pretreatment mattered. CO₂ can approach about 5% in culture heads, so we supplied a 0–20% CO₂ configuration. We also paired a Bluetooth printer so immutable tickets could be printed on site. Response time and accuracy were excellent.

Against a national lab certificate, readings matched the reference CO₂ within about 99.9%. Portable multi-gas is one approach; a fixed FIX800 can stream data continuously—VPE Korea proposes whichever fits your site.
