hello. This is RS Korea. The cold has already subsided, and the clothes have become completely thin these days. Perhaps since last week, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and you can occasionally see people out on the streets to see them. Oh, of course, I am allergic to pollen, so it's just a shame... Then, paradoxically, let's start with a construction example with the faint scent of flowers. (RS Korea was in charge of everything from order placement to installation and test operation. This is a case.)

Worker safety training is essential in public institutions. Since I started wearing a mask, it is really convenient not to have to pixelate my face.

After training, products and materials are lined up. It may be a meaningless photo, but it has value as a record of the materials needed and tools used. We plan to install 3 sets of measuring instruments that measure H2S and EX simultaneously at 3 locations and then conduct comprehensive monitoring on one electronic signboard.

To increase construction efficiency, prior due diligence is most important. This is because if there are workers visiting the site for the first time, an accurate construction briefing must be given. There are two points that are most important:1. Power supply location: The project plans to supply power to the electronic display board and each product using extra circuit breakers in the central power distribution board. It can be said to be the central point of power wiring.2. Display board location: Measurements from 3 locations are gathered in one place. In most cases, it is installed at the entrance to a site where odors are expected to be generated. In addition, the difficulty of wiring communication lines changes depending on the location of the electronic signboard, so selecting the correct point is important.

If there is a tray, it would be a hassle to open and close it, but it is actually nice that the wiring is neatly finished.

Regardless of whether tap water, sewage, or normal water is treated, it is recommended to install a moisture pre-processor in environments with high humidity such as spaces such as water collection tanks and water storage tanks, pest control rooms, or underground facilities where water is treated. (The preprocessor prevents malfunction of gas sensors that are vulnerable to moisture, can measure accurate gas concentration, and prevents malfunction of the device itself through its waterproof enclosure.)

Test the installed products one by one. Test for abnormal power operation status and gas reactivity. I can say that our FIX800 is the only device that can simultaneously measure complex gases with one measuring device.

It is important to provide training on how to use and maintain the product. Due to the nature of installation-type gas meters, there is generally no need to operate them once installed. Rather, it can be said that a measuring instrument with a higher degree of completeness is less likely to be manipulated. We provided information on important aspects such as the operating principle of the device and maintenance information.
