Installable gas meter FIX5000 for measuring exhaust gases in dog crematoriums

This is Mongmongi M Park, a dog crematorium and family park located in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do. The purpose of the measurement is to measure the gases generated after animal cremation, that is, to measure exhaust gases. In general, emissions are measured and data submitted in accordance with the Clean Air Conservation Act, depending on the size of the emissions and other factors. This is the first time I have seen such a regulation being applied to a dog crematorium, and what I learned after meeting with the director is that it is currently a pilot ordinance applied only to Namyangju City.

Measure the location and height of the chimney where measurements should be made, as well as the distance to install the measuring instrument and extract the sampling line.

The outlet is located at the back of the business, but since an electronic sign board to display the status must be installed at the front, installation points and wiring lines are checked. The order was confirmed three months after the quotation was issued, and installation was carried out about four weeks later, which is the standard delivery time for special products. We are sharing the installation photos sequentially below. This installed product measures a total of 7 environmental parameters: 3 types of gas (not indicated due to security issues), temperature, humidity, fine dust, PM 2.5, and PM 10. 

We arrived at the site prepared with the air quality measuring instrument FIX5000 main body and the stand-alone pole front electronic sign sampling line (PU tube). The story about that electronic sign, which looks different from the usual blog posts, will appear near the end of the post.

After carefully selecting the floor and doing anchor work, we installed the product. Installation of the main body is difficult for two people, and it is a bit heavy for three people. Please understand that I was unable to take pictures of the hanging installation due to the circumstances.

I climbed up the ladder and connected the sampling line from the outlet. But sadly, there was only one outlet at the first meeting, but when construction came, there were two outlets. We constructed it to enable selective and simultaneous gas measurement using a T-type ball valve that was just in stock.

We started measuring the area where the make-up was just starting, and the response speed was fast.

This is the electronic display board seen briefly above. It is a full color LED rather than a text printed on a conventional sheet. Due to the slideshow format, there are no restrictions on notation, so a variety of information can be displayed on a single electronic signboard. Both Korean and English special symbols can be displayed, various colors can be used to contain various information in addition to measurement values, and the size can also be custom-made according to user requests.

This is the finished version. It operates and is implemented smoothly as a slideshow. Of course, this electronic sign is not only applicable to WANDI products, but can also be applied to transmitters that transmit analog signals such as 4-20ma, so please contact us even if you only need the electronic sign.
