TS Korea — Coal Mine Tunnel FIX800 Five-Gas and LED Display

Hello from TS Korea. This case documents a coal-mine tunnel deployment with FIX800 plus an LED board monitoring O₂, CO, CO₂, H₂S, and LEL, including a beacon stack.

The fixed detector sits roughly 500 m from the portal while the LED board remains at the entrance for pre-entry checks.

Teams also carried EDW100 and GasTiger 1000 portables—oxygen dropped from 20.9% to about 17% deep in the bore, so the handhelds constantly warned crews during installation.

At the 500 m point the FIX800 installation completed; we then cabled the entrance LED for integration testing.

The tunnel now has continuous multi-gas monitoring with a portal LED and audible beacon before entry. TS Korea trained operators on menus and alarm setpoints. Call us for mining or tunnel applications.
