Project Details

Hello from Raymond Korea. Today: GasTiger 3000 technology for hydrogen fluoride (HF), widely used in semiconductor cleaning—strategically important in Korea’s supply chain.

HF is strongly adsorptive; occupational limits are near 0.5 ppm TWA, so even tiny leaks are dangerous.

The hardware is the GasTiger 3000 portable platform.

This configuration spans roughly 0–10 ppm HF for leak surveillance.

Many portables bury the sensor inside the body; adsorptive gases stick in tubing before reaching the cell, suppressing readings.

GasTiger 3000 places the sensor at the probe tip so HF and HCl reach the element immediately for accurate response.

The unit focuses on specialty measurement without elaborate onboard logging—ideal for spot checks.

With a 5 ppm challenge the display tracked the target without adsorption loss. Thank you for reading.
